I certainly know that getting the proper rest and sleep each night is important to my health and well-being, but I don’t always follow through on this. In reality, I find that I slice out a little time for myself at the very end of my day when I really should be hitting the pillow. When we keep withdrawing from our sleep bank, our reserves of wellness dwindle and our bodies function sub-par.
