COMMITMENT #3 MEDITATION MOMENT
Square Breathing is a quick and simple meditation technique to learn, easy to use and can be done anytime and any place.
This is how it goes:
Find a comfortable place to sit and close your eyes. In your minds eye visualize a square floating out in front of you. Now inhale as you trace a line up the square to a count of 4 or 5. Trace across the square holding your breath in for the same count (4 or 5). Exhale down the square for your count and then across for your count. Yeah! You have just completed one round of “square breathing”. Repeat the cycle traveling around the square for a minimum of 5 times.
Once you completed your cycles, open your eyes and enjoy the amazing shift in your consciousness and a feeling of being centered and energized. Enjoy!!
