Homemade Lemon Rosemary Scrub

What you’ll need:

1 cup of Dead Sea Salt
2 teaspoons of lemon zest
1 teaspoon Rosemary Leaves
1/4 cup of Grape seed Oil,Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Coconut oil
Rosemary Essential Oil (optional)
Lemon Essential Oil (optional)

How to make:

Remove the little rosemary leaves from the stem and chop fine to release the natural oils.

I like to grind my Dead Sea Salt down just a bit so that it’s not to coarse.  I use a coffee grinder and only give it a couple of pulses so it doesn’t end up like fine table salt.  Mix together the Dead Sea Salt, lemon zest and chopped rosemary leaves.
Slowly add the oil and stir until you have created your desired consistency. Spoon the scrub into a clean glass jar with a tight fitting lid!

* You can also add a few drop of Rosemary Essential Oil and Lemon Essential Oil to enhance the fragrance.

How to use:
In the shower massage scrub gently over your arms, legs and shoulders in circular motions. Rinse off thoroughly.
Will keep up to 4 weeks.
